The error :

"Cannot execute pear command because libgcc_s.so.1 must be installed for pthread_cancel to work"

Could happen when running RVsitebuilder installation if the memory config in cPanel was changed.

The solution is:
To restart cPanel to get the memory configuration (if changed) to take effect in the installation. So, please restart and try again.
