Content disappear when opening the website on mobile phone

This case might be the customer copy their text from MS office and the text is included the format coding

Solution

1. Open HTML Mode editor

2. If the code starts with "class"MsoNormal", this is meaning that the customer copies the text from MS office.

3. Finding the code

4. Remove it.
5. Try to publish again.
