Error when entering RVsitebuilder in control panel

PEAR Failed to open the file during reading and writing .. File: /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/www/userdata/edytab/js/project_48e33995c1f6ec8ff6bf5d876e38ef55.js 
It seems an error has occured, the page you are trying to reach is not accessible. There are 3 solutions. 
1. Cache is broken. Click here to auto fix the issue. 
2. The permission folder of the account seems to be incorrect. Please contact your host provider to remove the following folder: 
/var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/www/userdata/edytab 
3. RVsitebuilder installation is not completed. Please contact your hosting provider to force update it using this command. 
perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi --force

Mostly, the solution number 2 works. 'Cause the permission folder of the account seems to be incorrect, so to remove and let it recreate automatically will help.

1. What if this error happens in all server? Can /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/www/userdata be run to remove in all? And is it safe to remove?

Ans: If it happens in all server, the userdata folder can be removed by following command, and is safe as it will remove only symlink which will be recreated automatically. (Please make sure to allow symlink)
