Hi,

Thank you for your information and sorry for late reply.

Please make sure the website run PHP 7.1 or above and allow_url_fopen is on.

Then recheck the PHP extension must be allowed.

'mysqlnd','pdo','gd','curl','iconv','mbstring','fileinfo','exif','zip'

After an update by following our requirement and the issue still persists, please inform us again.
