Problem 

You're trying to create a new site with RVSitebuilder but it error "Not enough database" due to the database on your account has reached quota.

Solution

To fix the error of "Not enough database", please contact your host provider to increase database quota for your account. After that try to create website again. RVsitebuilder will create a database for your new website by itself (if created with RVsitebuilder 7 in cPanel control panel).
