You can do this by ssh into your DirectAdmin server and run the following command.
cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/
./build secure_php

Enable Secure_php by changing it from 'no' to 'yes' in the CustomBuild configuration. If you've successfully configured, a PHP has been secured message will appear in the Terminal.
nano /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/options.conf
1. PHP disable_functions
You can adjust the function's configuration by adding disable_functions to this file.

Then type Ctrl + o to save the settings.
2. PHP extensions
run the following command.
nano /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/php_extensions.conf
If you want to enable which extensions you need to set the value to yes .

Then type Ctrl + o to save the settings.
