How to add submenu in RVsitebuilder 7?

Go to RVsitebuilder 7.
1. Go to "Content" menu.
2. Add a new page. Click "New Page".
Example: About, Office, Factory
3. Click "Menu".
(Add a new menu : Click "Plus Icon" and select a hyperlink on Menu Setting Panel.)
4. Drag and drop "Office" to "About".
5. Drag and drop "Factory" to "About".
6. Click anywhere on a web page.
7. Click "Save" and review your page.

How do you drag and drop?
1.Press, and hold down, the button on the mouse or other pointing device, to "grab" the object.
2."Drag" the object to the desired location by moving the pointer to this one.
3."Drop" the object by releasing the button.
