I cannot find my website in RVsitebuilder
RVsitebuilder now has 2 versions for website building. If you have website built in RVsitebuilder version 5 or version 6, you can access to RVsitebuilder 6 to continue your website. To continue your website with RVsitebuilder 5, you can switch version from RVsitebuilder 6 interface. If you see grey screen with a new create site box, just try to create a test project when fresh access to RVsitebuilder 6 (by user), then you will see the "Switch" button. In RVsitebuilder 7 icon, you can start a new website with it as you want. Yo transfer your website from version 5 and 6 to RVsitebuilder 7
Error "Sorry, None of this server IPs.... was found in RVglobalsoft license system" when click edit site
Problem When you access RVsitebuilder 6 from control panel, it shows error "Sorry, None of this server IPs xxx.xxx.xxxx, xxx.xxx.xxxx, , xxx.xxx.xxxx,was found in RVGlobalsoft license system.No details of the error" Solution You can verify license here: https://rvglobalsoft.com/verifyrvlicenseIf it's expired, please contact your host provider to check RVsitebuilder on their license and fix it for you.
