The verify call can't change in the backend because SSL brand will use the phone number that you has registered with your company such as DUNS Number or Yellow Pages. If you want to change your verify call number, you need to go to update your company information in DUNS Number or Yellow Pages. You can directly contact the SSL brand for the faster processing. Just go to your account https://rvglobalsoft.com/clientarea/ -> Services -> SSL, click on the domain that has an issue, and Chat.
