The problem:
Cannot make a backup compress file .tar.gz for a large project size about 1-2GB.



Solution:
1. Click backup project without images , documents and media. (Uncheck these 3 boxes)



2. Go to File Manager to backup compress file images, documents manually.

At cPanel -> File Manager :

.rvsitebuilder/projects/{projectID}/images

.rvsitebuilder/projects/{projectID}/documents

.rvsitebuilder/projects/{projectID}/medias

3. Download files and save to local disk.
