Adding Form to your website.
You can add Contact Us form by clicking on Section tab -> Form -> Drag and Drop the block to your site, then editing with Form Editor.
Editing Form by drag-and-drop tools from the list box in the right-hand side.
Tips: We do not support form submission on Google Chrome browser on Android 7.1 devices. You may add text to remind your visitors. Ex. "The form will not be able to receive submission on Google Chrome browser on Android 7.1 devices. Please submit on other browsers."

Setting Email when your customer submit your form. It will send directly to your contact email address. Click on Setting in the widget box and fill your email address.
