A characters show as a question mark ??? in RVsitebuilder editor area.

ISSUE

On wysiwyg the special character show as question mark ???.

Solution

1 Checking RVsitebuilder version. If it doesn't up to date, please update to the latest version.

2. If the published website is still working fine, DO NOT publish the project because it will overwrite the content with an error.

3. Restore project from a website published by this guide https://support.rvglobalsoft.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008124193

4. But if the customer already publishes the project and it is overwritten with an error. Inform them to request a cPanel backup file on the date before last time they published the project with hosting provider.
