Can't reach the website with www. or without www.

When calling the website and found the error, please recheck the domain which a user used in the step create site.

 

Not found RVSiteBuilder CMS App in .:/opt/cpanel/ea-php71/root/usr/share/pear

Please contact your provider with info:
1. RVSitebuilder CMS App have not install.
2. Not found vendor path.
3. Your PHP version not compatible, Our system require PHP 7.1+

 

Problem

RVsitebuilder 7 doesn't look website with and without www as the website. This will be fixed soon.

 

Temporary Solution

To publish website to a domain without www it will not mean to be effect to the one with www due to it's not counted as the same domain name, to do the opposite way as well.

The temporary solution to make your website can be called both with and without www, you can set a redirect from the other to the main one in cpanel.
