RVsitebuilder installation error UTF-8 on WHM

1. SSH to customer server as root

2. Run cd /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/var/

3. Run command for remove file

rm -f x.x.x.x.x.conf.php
rm -f cachedRvsLibs.php
rm -f rvautosetting.conf.ini.php

(x.x.x.x.x = customer IP)

4. Recheck MySQL Strict Mode by following this guide: https://support.rvglobalsoft.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000136514

5. Run installation on WHM again.
