One case found z-index ( z-index: 999). This code is the cause.

To remove this it has to be done in database. Please try the following guide.

1. Check database name for the domain name http://v7.hfva.org/ in  cPanel -> File Manager ->   /home//rvsitebuildercms//.env

You will see DB_DATABASE , remember or copy it for late use.

2. Go to database (phpMyAdmin) at cPanel -> Database -> phpMyAdmin 

3. Click Database in number 1 , look or search for core_page table. Look for Services page at page_name column

4. Click edit to search and remove z-index ( z-index: 999), and save.
