New create website published with index.html or index.htm on domain name

Problem

Publish website will be opened with /index.html, to open only domain name will returns error or a landing page (not built with Rvsitebuilder 7).

 

Temporary Solution

Rename index.html to index.html.bak

Then publish website will be fine.

Remove "Login" button on Topmenu and Footer Previous
