Run install Rvsitebuilder 6 error cannot connect to rvglobalsoft.com port 80
If running install or update RVsitebuilder return the following error. Connection rvglobalsoft.com port 80 : [ Failed ]Connection 404 Not Found Just run full RVsitebuilder 6 installation with the following command. cd /usr/src; rm -fv rvsitebuilderinstall.sh; wget http://download.rvglobalsoft.com/rvsitebuilderinstall.sh; chmod +x rvsitebuilderinstall.sh; ./rvsitebuilderinstall.sh Then login to WHM as root. Go to WHM > Plugins > and run RVglobalsoft manager then follow simple install process.
UPLOADED IMAGES disappeared from image manaer but still showing in website and file manager
SolutionsDelete json to generate the one. 1. Go to File Manager: /home/{user_name}/.rvsitebuilder/projects/{project_id}/json/ 2. Delete 2 files in folder "json"; myimages.json and storeimages.json 3. If you have image tags to manage your images under Image Manager. You have to copy file tagfolder.js from "json-bak" , and change its path to "json" 4. Return to page editor Your image will display as thumbnails in “My Images” Reason The problem could be happened when the upload process is stuck, it was showing the uploaded imaged but not saved correctly. That's why it's not showing again in Image manager.If to upload them again is fine, they won't disappear again.
