How to enable link 'Support Request' on cPanel
You can enable it on WHM -> Support -> Create Support Ticket.
Clustering server: Sync config from master server to slave server
At the Master server, go to WHM (root) -> RVglobalsoft Manager -> Theme Manager -> Configuration -> RVskin Clustering System. Add the Hostname and password of user "rvadmin" of the destined slave server here. It would take a few minutes to get all the rvskinmanager config from the master server to be synced.
