RVsitebuilder 7 installation requires Developer Token key?

First, you're running install RVsitebuilder for other control panel with this guide: https://rvsitebuilder.com/installation/rvsitebuilder-control-panel/

This will check RVsitebuilder license on the server of the domain name you're running RVsitebuilder installer. If this server doesn't have license , it will require Developer license key. (It's for Laravel Developers).
