My Site Background is turned WHITE after I changed Template

If you set Site Background to color or an image and it's turned white after you changed Template on Template tab. It's because "White" is the default Site Background for every template, or we can say every template has empty background.
If you change template, it will set Site Background of new template you selected, mostly empty background. You can set it again in Design -> Theme -> Site -> Background.
