If you’re sure you want to cancel license, you can make a cancellation request at https://rvglobalsoft.com/clientarea -> Service -> Licenses, click at management icon after license you want to cancel -> “Request Cancellation”.
Don’t forget to cancel “PayPal Subscription” if you use it as the payment method.
