Why does RVskin Perpetual license status display as “Suspended”?

The condition of RVskin Perpetual license is one-time purchase for the life-time license, including with free version update and IP change service in the first year.
Once the first year gone, the license status will be changed to “Suspended” (Subscription expired) to remind the expiry status to you. The license is still active and available to use in your server, but not be able to get the later versions update or change license IP.
If you want to update version or change IP, please renew your RVskin license by the renewal rates at RVskin for Dedicated $29 or VPS $19.
Login to your account at https://rvglobalsoft.com/clientarea, click “Service” -> “Perpetual Licenses” -> check box in front of the license(s) you want to renew, click “Renew” button. You may select “Renew All License” to renew all at once.
After that, if you want to transfer license IP. You can do it under https://rvglobalsoft.com/clientarea -> Services -> Perpetual Licenses, click on the server name you want to change IP -> Change IP.
*Transferring IPs via Change IP Request is limited for 2 times per year. If you proceeded the limit, please submit a ticket to us.
