UPLOADED IMAGES disappeared from image manaer but still showing in website and file manager

SolutionsDelete json to generate the one. 1. Go to File Manager: /home/{user_name}/.rvsitebuilder/projects/{project_id}/json/   2. Delete 2 files in folder "json"; myimages.json and storeimages.json 3. If you have image tags to manage your images under Image Manager. You have to copy file tagfolder.js from "json-bak" , and change its path to "json"   4. Return to page editor Your image will display as thumbnails in “My Images”   Reason The problem could be happened when the upload process is stuck, it was showing the uploaded imaged but not saved correctly. That's why it's not showing again in Image manager.If to upload them again is fine, they won't disappear again.

Images and icons don't display on publish website

Problem After published your website you may found Home page is not showing images and icons properly but instead some broken symbol. Icons on navigations in my website are not showing properly, they're squares.

  If you have any submenu on your navigation but the publish website show the icon as a square.   Please check your website URL whether it is published with or without www. For example. Your website is abcd.com Publish with www. If you publish your website with www., your website will be displayed correctly when you access your website with www. (www.abcd.com). But if you access your website without www. like abcd.com, all the icon will display as the square box. Publish without www.If you publish your website without www., your website will be displayed correctly when you reach the website like abcd.com But if you reach the website with www., all the icon will display as the square box.

Go to cPanel > File Manager > .rvsitebuilder > Project ID > Customcss > Open folder of project template (the only folder under Cutomcss) > rvsb-css. Rename rvsb-footer-block.css to rvsb-footer-block.css.bak ฺBack to a program, and refresh your browser. Click Save footer for generating new rvsb-footer-block.css  Check on the published site.
