On RVsitebuilder version 6, the insert button is laid on a toolbox. But on RVsitebuilder 7, more efficiency working, we put it on the top of the program. So the users can obviously see and easily use it. On the top of the program, click at Insert. You may click on the blue pin to lock this bar. How this button can be worked? Open rvsitebuildercms, list of domain names that created with RVsitebuilder 7 are showing. 3. Click on folder of domain name you want to translate RVsitebuilder 7 interface. 4. Go to "packages" folder, translate all packages under "rvsitebuilder" folder. 5. Sample "blog". 6. Open "resources" -> "lang". (/rvsitebuildercms/DOMAINNAME/packages/rvsitebuilder/{blog}/resources/lang) 7. Copy "en" folder. 8. Rename the copied folder to your language code, such as Thai should be "th". 9. Translate this folder and save. 10. Do this to all packages under "rvsitebuilder" folder. (blog, core, email, manage, queuesharedhost, scheduler, wysiwyg) Set your own language to display on RVsitebuilder 7 interface. 1. At the folder of the domain name you translated above. 2. Open .env file. (/rvsitebuildercms/DOMAINNAME/.env ) 3. Edit: APP_LOCALE=th (your language code, ex: th)APP_FALLBACK_LOCALE=en (a display language for some words that are not translated) 4. As an administrator, you can edit User Profiles. The User Profile is where you can change passwords, manage security roles. What you can do on this page? 1. Resend a confirmation email. Once your visitor submits a registration on your website, there will be a confirmation email sent directly to the email which they use for registration. If they don't get it, you can click "Confirm" for resending again. Noted: In case your user still doesn't click confirm on their email, this button will show as "Confirm". But if your user already clicked confirm the button will show as "Un-Confirm". 2. Log in as a user. If you need to know how this member can see, you can use this function. You will see the website on this user view. 3. View and update profile details. You can see the following information: Name E-mail Address User Name Mobile number Timezone 4. Update user password. If your member/user request for changing their password, you can support them by this function. 5. Social information. Change Social information. If you enable Social Built-in Channel. You can adjust their details on the left side, click Config -> click Social Login tab. As a function of RVsitebuilder 7 is Save to Publish with a real-time, but if your website still not complete and not ready to let visitor access your website, you can set the pages as a Hidden and nobody will be able to access to them. 1. Click on Site icon on the right corner. 2. Select Pages. 3. Click 3-dots behind the page you want. 4. Select Hide. But if you want to show as a maintenance website, you need to let your Home page to be published, but set the other page to be a draft page instead. Set an Email Template for every email sent out to your visitors and admin. Use the same style, Header, and footer to be more unique. This email template can be used for User Side - Online Form: An email which will be sent to a user who submits the online form. - Reset password email: When a visitor clicked forgets password on website login area and need to reset it. - Verify Email: Email approval for identifying the correct visitor email. Authentication your visitor by clicking confirm on their email. - Welcome Email: A greeting email which sends out when visitors approve the verification email. Admin Side - Online Form: An email alert to inform that your visitor has submitted an online form on your website - New active user: An email alert to inform that you have a new member. 1. On editor area, click Email 2. Choosing template 3. Selecting an email page which you want to adjust. You can manage all the user with our Member app. Add role to a user for more privileged access such as User, Admin, Staff. 1. Click Apps icon and select Member. 2. User Management All users will show on the User Management tab. On this tab you can add a new member or set a user role by selecting a user and modify. 2.1 Add a new member by manual When clicking Add Member on User Management tab, fill the information for your new member. Selecting a role for this user, then click Create. Please be noted that when you create a new user, the user will receive an email confirmation to their inbox. Role Management You can define a user by role grouping. Creating a new group and choosing the user to the group. Set a page for privilege access for those who have login information as a member. Now a Member page feature, we will call as a visibility function which you can set it for each page. Let see! 1. Click Site icon on the right corner. 2. Go to Pages. 3. Click 3-dots behind your page and select Visibility. 4. On Page Management, go to Visibility Tab and slide to custom for choosing a visibility and Save. Public - All visitors can access. All Member - All member on your website can access. Restrict Member - Only group user you select can access. Administrator: Only Admin/Staff who is a member on your website can access. User: Only visitors who register on your website can access.

You can see your website performance report in Google Analytics by following this guide.You can also bring report from Google Analytics to show in your website admin area, at Marketing dashboard by setup Google API. Google Analytics Setup Register with Google Analytics at https://www.google.com/analytics/. If you have account with Google Analytics for your previous website, you can use it without going for new register. Once registration is completed, click on Gear icon for setting. At setting page, click Create Account (It will automatically show Create new account page for new register account.) At Create new account page, click Website, and fill the required details. Then select Get Tracking ID. Accept Google Analytics Terms of Service by I Accept button. The Tracking ID of your website is now ready to use. Connecting Google Analytics report of your website to show in your website admin area, at Marketing dashboard:8.1) Login to your website, go to Marketing -> Go to Setup.8.2) Insert Tracking ID from number 7 in Google Analytics field, and click Submit Google Tracking ID.*If you can't see the field to insert Tracking ID, you will have to go to setup Google API first. Full Image Manager is our new feature in RVsitebuilder 7, which will be the image tool to upload an image, replace the image, and edit an image with a full of tools more than our previous! The Image Manager will be available on every sample image you see on the section you selected. To open Image Manager, you will have to click on a sample image, then it will appear 3 icons: Upload, Replace and Edit. 1. Upload an Image A single image can be upload by clicking on the upload button and select an image on your drive. After that, edit functions will appear. See how to use them on the bottom of this article.Caution: If you click Overwrite, it will entirely overwrite the original image by the new uploaded image. If you have the original image in any places of your website, it will be displayed the new uploaded image instead. And our new function, RVsitebuilder 7 now allows you to upload a buck of images just one click. Clicking on the replace button. There will be an upload button on the image library. You can browse and select more than one image to your project. Adding Form to your website.You can add Online form by clicking on Form Menu -> Drag and Drop the block to your site. Adding more Field by current on the form section and click Form menu again, it will show a Field tab which you can drag and drop a new field to your form. Form Design You can adjust the size, change the color of text and form background by clicking on Design. Set up email submission received. Clicking on Email Setup and selecting on send to admin. You can adjust the subject of the email submission and recipient email.
