Error on publish step Reason of the errorThis project contains a larger number of page, so it requires large amount of timeout values as below. SolutionContact your host provider to edit the following values in file /etc/my.cnf wait_timeout=connect_timeout=towait_timeout=200connect_timeout=200Or higher and try to publish again.

Error on published website Please contact your host provider ssh as root to server and run. For cpanel pear install -f /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/scripts/RVSeagullMod-1.0.1.tgz perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi For directadmin pear install -f /usr/local/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/scripts/RVSeagullMod-1.0.1.tgz perl /usr/local/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi If not work. For directadminrun pear full path /usr/local/php56/bin/pear install -f /usr/local/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/scripts/RVSeagullMod-1.0.1.tgz Solution: Check PHP for the domain name must be 5.6+. 1. Go to cPanel -> Software -> MultiPHP Manager. 2. On the website domain , make it to PHP Version 5.6+.

ProblemWhen you click Edit your website, but cannot go further than Update Template process. Solutions (cPanel, DirectAdmin)Solutions for both cPanel and DirectAdmin needs server access as server admin. Please contact your Host Provider to do the following guide for you. For cPanel1. Go to WHM -> RVglobalsoft Manager -> RVsitebuilder Manager. 2. In System Configuration -> Template Options. And set On-Demand Template = NO 3. Run force update with the following command. perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi --force 4. Go back to RVglobalsoft Manager -> RVsitebuilder Setup, and finish the Setup process. 5. Access to RVsitebuilder on control panel of user to edit website again. For DirectAdmin1. Go to DirectAdmin Admin -> RVsitebuilder Admin. 2. In System Configuration -> Template Options. And set On-Demand Template = NO 3. Run force update with the following command. perl /usr/local/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi --force 4. Go back to DirectAdmin Admin -> RVsitebuilder Admin to rebuild database and complete it. 5. Access to RVsitebuilder on control panel of user to edit website again. 6. If this doesn't fix on your DirectAdmin server. Please follow this solution further.

Database error when you try to create new project or the process stuck when you create new page. Problems1. Create new project error: >Cannot insert sitebuilder project info to database< 2. Create new page stuck on: Please wait... ReasonRVsitebuilder 6 requires MySQL strict mode Off that it will cause the problem when it's on. SolutionTurn Off the MySQL and Setup RVsitebuilder 6 again. If you're website owner who doesn't have server access, please contact your Host Provider to fix it by: 1. SSH root and run: cd /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/var/ rm -f INSTALL_COMPLETE.php 2. Set mySQL Strict mode Off by this guide: https://support.rvglobalsoft.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000136514-MySQL-strict-mode-function-breaks-RVsitebuilder-program 3. Go to WHM -> RVglobalsoft Manager -> RVsitebuilder Setup, and finish setup process. 4. Once it's done, the problem is fixed.
