Update RVsitebuilder version 7.3 to 7.4 error "Load package data failed."
Problem
You're updating RVsitebuilder on your domain name from version7.3 to 7.4, but it returns the error.Solution:
1. Go to File Manager and create file .needrepair

RVsitebuilder 7 in cPanel shows Blank page
Problem When you click RVsitebuilder 7 icon in cPanel, but it returns BLANK page. Reason Your domain name may run behind NAT IP which is not validated by RVsitebuilder installation. Solution You can contact your Host Provider to fix this for you by giving them the following guide. 1. Run curl to test domain name : curl {domainname} It will show: 2. Fix the unsolved domain by adding website to the /etc/hosts file: 2.1 Run: nano /etc/hosts 2.2 Add your site to this file. 3. Try to access RVsitebuilder 7 from cPanel again. It should work properly now.
Create site error Require PHP version
If your site show warning "RVsitebuilder version x.xx require PHP version x.xx - x.xx only. Please check your PHP version" . You can check your PHP version as follow. For EasyApache can change the PHP version to support system requirements from the cPanel -> MultiPHP Manager. Select domain -> Choose PHP version to match the requirement -> Apply. For CloudLinux can change PHP version to support system requirements in cPanel -> PHP Selector. Select PHP version to match the requirement -> Set as current. Go back to RVsitebuilder 7 to create site again. It will work properly now.
Create site stuck without error message
You're creating a site but RVsitebuilder doesn't go nowhere, no error message guide for the solution either. The solution can be done by:1. Increase the max_execute time to greater than or equal to 90 seconds. 1.1 cPanel : If you access to RVsitebuilder through your cPanel. 1.1.1 For Easy Apache server. You can edit from "MultiPHP INI Editor". 1.1.2 For Cloudlinux server. You can edit from "PHP Selector". 1.2 Web installer : If you install RVsitebuilder CMS directly on domain name root, and access to edit site by domainname.com/login/admin Create new PHP file on public path and add "phpinfo();" to this file. Open this file on your domain website and search "Loaded Configuration File". Select and copy this path. Edit "max_execution_time" to be greater than or equal to 90 seconds. Go back to RVsitebuilder CMS to create/edit your site again. It's ready for you now. If it still doesn't work, please continue number 2. 2. Cloudlinux IO limit 2.1 Increase IO limit (root). If you cannot access to WHM, please contact your host provider to do this for you. Go to CloudLinux LVE Manager -> Users tab, choose a reseller and click on the pencil icon. Click Apply at "Do not limit" Reset to default when installation completed. Go back to RVsitebuilder CMS to create/edit your site again. It's ready for you now.
Installation Error Disk space is not enough on your website
If your have full disk space alert as shown in the following figure. "Disk space is not enough on your website. Installation requires at least 250 MB free disk space" The solution can be done by increasing the user quota area by going to the list account at the WHM (root) -> List account -> Select user and Change quota. If you cannot access to WHM, please contact your host provider to update the quota for you. Then increase your quota to more than 250 MB. Access to RVsitebuilder 7 in cPanel of the account again. It will be ready to install and create site now.
Error encountered while running 'tar' command. gzip: stdin has more than one entry--rest ignored /bin/tar: Child returned status 2 /bin/tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
tar commands must have permission 755 to run RVsitebuilder 7. Please check and set permission in /usr/bin/tar or /bin/tar permission.
Warning "Can't connect Database for {domainname.com}" while going to Edit website in cPanel
The solution for the database warning when you go Edit your website in cPanel.
How to fix
Check Database in .env file
1. Copy .env file to a new one with .env.bak

RVsitebuilder 7 error 500 when I clicked Edit
If you got error 500 when you click Edit on cPanel control panel, it's mostly that some required environment is dropped or disabled. Check in error log File Manager -> rvsitebuildercms -> domain name in question -> storage -> logs -> view the today log file "laravel-20xx-mm-dd.log sample of error in log file Solution followed by error log Go to PHP Selector and enable the "fileinfo" (more of setting here) Access and click Edit website on Rvsitebuilder 7 again.
RVsitebuilder Error with 4xx or 5xx (can't reslove domain)
The error code 4xx and 5xx Can't resolve domain will be showing your domain name is not corrected with the current server IP.
What to do?
Error code 404 Can't resolve domain
1. Contact your Hosting Provider to check and fix your domain name to be corrected with Host name.
2. Access to RVsitebuilder to edit your website again.
Error code 403, 4xx, 5xx Can't resolve domain
1. You can check in cPanel -> File Manager

The "htaccess" error with code 301 or 302 will be showing when domain name of your website was set to redirect.

What to do when "Repair" appears when I'm going to edit my website?
RVsitebuilder 7 is the user self-setup that it will validate environment of each control panel account while creating website. If any found lack of min requirement, it will return error on the step Create new site. Sometimes when you access control panel to edit your website, you would see another button "Repair" next to "Edit". This button will appear once it has something changed or updated on control panel that may or may not affect to your website. You can ignore this "Repair" button and "Edit" your website as usual. But if you click "Edit" and see error or find some features in content editor doesn't work, you can come back on this stage and click "Repair" to fix the problems. Don't panic! By clicking "Repair" button will lead you to a Create new site step to reinstall RVsitebuilder on the this domain name again, but it WILL NOT DELETE current content in your website. But if sometimes the "Repair" doesn't help fixing any, please submit a ticket to us.
Installation errors related to SSL, Net::SSLeay Error, HTTP/1.0 900 NET OR SSL ERROR SSL_connect
RVsitebuilder 7 installation will check readiness of your domain name for building and effective website, which sometimes return error to have you fix it before creating website. The error such as ones that are related to SSL. Here are solutions for them.

Installation issue on EasyApache 4 If you are not Hosting Provider, please contact your hosting provider whom you rent the control panel with to do it for you. Error: Please allow extension : 'mysqlnd','pdo','gd','curl','iconv','mbstring','zip','posix_getpwuid' Solution: Enable PHP extensions for ea-php (EasyApache4) For Hosting Provider 1. Log into WHM as root. 2. Type ‘EasyApache‘ into the search field in the top left of WHM. 3. Under the Software category, click on EasyApache 4. 4. In the Currently Installed Packages section, click on the Customize button. 5. Click on the PHP Extensions option from the left. 6. In the Search field, type to enter the extension name which you need to install. 7. Click the toggle button(s) next to the PHP version(s) that you would like the PHP extension installed for. 8. Click the Review option from the left. 9. Confirm the options you selected are listed under the “Please review the following list of packages you are about to install by provisioning this profile.” section. Then, click the Provision button. 10. Once the installation is completed, you will receive a message: “The provision process is complete”. From the drop-down list choose the PHP version. 5 .In the configuration window that will be opened, search for “disable_functions”. 6. Remove 'curl', 'json', 'parse_ini_file', 'file_put_contents' on "disable_functions" and Save. Reconfiguration via root SSH access. 1. Log into your server via SSH as ‘root’ user 2. Find the main PHP configuration file on the server Run the below command to find the php.ini configuration file on your server php --ini OR php -i | grep php.ini You can see that PHP configuration file on server is /opt/cpanel/ea-php72/root/etc/php.ini 3. Backup php.ini file before editing with command cp -a /opt/cpanel/ea-php72/root/etc/php.ini /opt/cpanel/ea-php72/root/etc/php.ini.original 4. Edit php.ini file by removing 'curl', 'json', 'parse_ini_file', 'file_put_contents' 5. Temporary solution for RVsitebuilder installation timeout on LiteSpeed Web Server
Issue
Installation processing on cPanel Plugin get stuck at the stage Download Vender.
Cause
LiteSpeed Web Server has a limit for timeout server processing with PHP script.
Solution
Add manual configuration in .htaccess file by the following rule

The below error may appear on the installation processing. We separate the solution to solve the issue by the operating system. General Error: RVsitebuilder version 7.4 require PHP version 7.3 - 7.4 only. Please change your PHP version 7.1 (How to resolve problem). Solution: Set PHP Version for Domain 1. RVsitebuilder 7 Installation on CloudLinux get stuck (Temporary Solution)
Some of the server using CloudLinux service and set a limit value too low for I/O, IOPS, and CPU. These all limit make RVsitebuilder setup gets stuck. You can check the configuration at your left/right bar on your cPanel account. This case, please inform your hosting provider to set unlimited of those limited values for this user to let RVsitebuilder setup success.Go to WHM(root) -> Server Configuration -> CloudLinux LVE Manager -> select the account and click Edit -> Then, apply Do not limit. And DO NOT forget set it back to limit once RVsitebuilder is completed.
Cannot install App from Apps Marketplace.
When you install an app from RVsitebuilder Apps Marketplace, it shows successful but apps don't display on your RVsitebuilder Apps Management. This case may the cause of RVsitebuilder is not up to date. Please click Out of date button on RVsitebuilder interface to get our latest version. See this guide.
