Update RVadmintools
If you are not on the latest version, you can update RVadmintools in your server by root privilege. SSH to the server by root privilege, and run the following command. perl /usr/local/rvglobalsoft/rvadmintools/auto/autorvadmintools.cgi
Uninstall RVadmintools
This is the duty of root/admin to do by running the following command. perl /usr/local/rvglobalsoft/rvadmintools/auto/uninstallrvadmintools.pl
Invoice still Pending while I have a subscribed credit card
The payment on credit card credit card subscribed may sometimes take hours to a day to complete. Price in the order invoice is higher than the price in website
The system will calculate and generate the first invoice from the "order date to the due-date on 7th next month". It's our policy to bill customers on the same date at 7th monthly. Then your first invoice is a little higher or lower than the price in website. The renewal in the next invoices will be the price as it should. No worries.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund RVglobalsoft reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. A full refund can be claimed for service cancellation made within 15 days after the purchase date only. Any cancellation request made after 15 days will not be received any refund. All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars, and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. All refunds are subject to this fluctuation and RVglobalsoft is not responsible for any change in exchange rates between time of payment and time of refund. Cancellation must be done in writing via ticket submission or Cancellation Request in Service Account. Once we receive your cancellation and have confirmed all necessary information with you via ticket, we will inform you in writing (typically email) that your account has been canceled. Your cancellation confirmation will contain a ticket. An employee will confirm your request (and process your cancellation) shortly thereafter. If you do not hear back from us, or do not receive the automatic confirmation email within a few minutes after submitting your cancellation, please contact us directly to marketing@rvglobalsoft.com.
Why does my credit card statement have extra charge?
We don't charge you any extra fees and we not have policy to do that. Please contact your bank to declare that transaction.

Please add Private IP in Server IP Address first, the second field to add Public IP will be shown automatically. If IP Addresses in these two fields are not correct, the installation will not be successful. Server IP Address: the Private IP Public IP Address: the Public IP if your server is running behind NAT or Firewall 2) Server Type: Dedicated or VPS3) Cart subtotal today: The first invoice will calculate at pro-rate from the order date to the next 7th.4) Recurring: Billing Cycle you selected. 2. How to transfer RVsitebuilder, RVskin license
Login to your account at https://rvglobalsoft.com/clientarea/. Under "Services" -> “Licenses”, click at the license you want, click "Change IP". After new license updated, you will get 15 days free license for the old server.Please be noted that, only Active license can be transferred. -----------RVskin-----------1. Transfer rvadmin hosting account from the old server to new server using WHM /Transfers.2. Install RVskin in the new server using installation here: https://rvskin.com/rvskin/installation/ -----------------RVsitebuilder -----------------If server IP and physical server are changed. 1. Install RVsitebuilder on the NEW server, follow the installation: RVsitebuilder 7 : https://rvsitebuilder.com/installation/ RVsitebuilder 6 : https://rvsitebuilder.com/v6/installation/ 2. Make sure the transferring hosting accounts have moved from the OLD to the NEW server. You can move it using cPanel/WHM transfer facility.3. On the new server WHM (root) -> Plugins -> RVglobalsoft Manager -> RVsitebuilder Manager, go to Recovering Projects. It will show the list of hosting accounts which contain RVsitebuilder data. Click the icon to access to their individual cPanel and go to RVsitebuilder. You will find the Missing Project Recovering dialogue. Just check the checkbox in front of the project ID and submit. It will restore RVsitebuilder project on this server. If server IP is changed but physical server is not changed.1. How to renew RVskin Perpetual license
Login to your account at https://rvglobalsoft.com/clientarea, click “Service” -> “Perpetual Licenses” -> check box in front of the license(s) you want to renew, click “Renew” botton. You may select “Renew All License” to renew all at once.
Change license type from VPS to Dedicated
Please create the Support Ticket regarding to your change. We will terminate the VPS license, partially credit unused contract for the previous payment, and issue a 30 days free license for this VPS server. So you can run both server in the same time and have time to move your accounts.
How to cancel service and license
If you’re sure you want to cancel license, you can make a cancellation request at https://rvglobalsoft.com/clientarea -> Service -> Licenses, click at management icon after license you want to cancel -> “Request Cancellation”. Why does RVskin Perpetual license status display as “Suspended”?
The condition of RVskin Perpetual license is one-time purchase for the life-time license, including with free version update and IP change service in the first year. Once the first year gone, the license status will be changed to “Suspended” (Subscription expired) to remind the expiry status to you. The license is still active and available to use in your server, but not be able to get the later versions update or change license IP. If you want to update version or change IP, please renew your RVskin license by the renewal rates at RVskin for Dedicated $29 or VPS $19. Login to your account at https://rvglobalsoft.com/clientarea, click “Service” -> “Perpetual Licenses” -> check box in front of the license(s) you want to renew, click “Renew” button. You may select “Renew All License” to renew all at once. After that, if you want to transfer license IP. You can do it under https://rvglobalsoft.com/clientarea -> Services -> Perpetual Licenses, click on the server name you want to change IP -> Change IP.*Transferring IPs via Change IP Request is limited for 2 times per year. If you proceeded the limit, please submit a ticket to us.
What should I do for the terminated license?
The terminated license will be removed from our system.If you want to continue using or renew the license which was already expired and terminated, please make a new order for it.
How to renew license
The system will automatically generate renewal invoice 7-day before the expiry date of the license. You can pay the invoices under your account at https://rvglobalsoft.com/clientarea -> "Account" -> "Invoices". If you need the invoice to generate before condition, please submit request ticket to us. We recommend the paypal subscription or credit card subscription for the payment method.
Change license type from Dedicated to VPS
Please submit your requirement of changing license at Support Ticket. And please be noted that any previous paid balances cannot be claimed. **Payment Warning**If you have PayPal subscription made previously, you need to cancel the subscription to prevent the automatic recurring payment.
