SEO strategy nowadays is not only to do the meta tag in order to get ranked in google. And as google nowadays has improved its algorithm in website ranking, so it becomes more focus on Page Title or content, related to what popular searched from global searchers. And in RVsitebuilder, we provide places to insert meta tag and meta description for users. This might be only little help. But all the rest of being ranked in google, it's about SEO strategies as explained above. RVsitebuilder 6 Setting SEO for the entire website at once You can insert SEO for your website in “Design” tab, at Design -> Site Properties -> Edit Head Tag (SEO). After finished inserting SEO for your website, please publish your website. Setting SEO by page You can insert SEO on an individual page in "Pages" tab, at Page Setting -> page tool icon -> SEO. Insert SEO for this page will not give any effect to other pages. After finished inserting SEO for your website, please publish your website. How long does SEO take action to work on Search Engine? Most of forumers and SEO experts still state that “It depends ..”. What does it depend? On possible factors, such as how long your website get on the publish, how much content it has, the links in it, the size of your website, the SEO in your website in previous, etc.

RVsitebuilder 6.4 wants you to present your website with more attractive. Make it wow by giving effect to the background image in the content layout section. At “Page” tab, select a content section you want to play with, under “Section” you can Upload an image from your computer or Select an image from albums in Image Manager (Free, Facebook, My Images) The selected image is now showing as thumbnails Background Image and ready on scene. Select “Fixed” checkbox will make the section background Image not scrolling. Try and See! You can use tool in “Background Color” to add color tone to your uploaded background with sharp or transparent You can use “Clear Color Selection” to remove Background Image setting. It will remove both Image and color tone and turn section background back to White. ===========

On step Design click on Header -> Space. Then set the Header space as you want. After that go to Brands, you can add the Logo, Company Name also Slogan here. This one will be on the top of the page.

Set background color for website background, content section and font color on the website. NOTE: If the Header and Section are set to full screen, the website background will be invisible. Go to RVsitebuilder 6. 1. Change website background color. Go to Design menu. On the left side of the screen, click Content -> Background -> Background Color. Change the Background Color, and then click "Save". 2. Change the background color in every content section at once for the entire website using Edit CSS function. This setting will affect to all content sections in your website except for those you set it indivudually using "Edit Section". Go to Design menu. On the left side of the screen, click Site Properties -> Edit CSS. Copy the CSS Code below. (The color values can be changed.) .bgContent { background: #87ceeb; } or .bgContent { background-color: skyblue; } Paste the CSS Code on the text box. Click "Save". 3. Change all font colors in your website. Go to Design menu. On the left side of the screen, click Content -> Body -> Font Color. Change the color, and then click "Save".

How to make a website layout fixed width on RVsitebuilder 6? All website templates in RVsitebuilder 6 are Full Screen by default. You can change it to Fixed Width by this guide. When you're installing RVsitebuilder on DirecAdmin and it's putting an error on Database setup process. Error Cannot connect to DB, check your credentials, exiting ...Error message: Server sent charset unknown to the client Solution:Add the following text in /etc/my.cnf: Default: [mysqld] max_allowed_packet=64M local-infile=0 innodb_file_per_table=1 Add following: [client] default-character-set=utf8 [mysql] default-character-set=utf8 [mysqld] collation-server = utf8_unicode_ci character-set-server = utf8 default_authentication_plugin = mysql_native_password max_allowed_packet=64M local-infile=0 innodb_file_per_table=1 And restart MySQL run command service mysqld restart And follow MySQL strict mode function, breaks RVsitebuilder program

RVsitebuilder now has 2 versions for website building. If you have website built in RVsitebuilder version 5 or version 6, you can access to RVsitebuilder 6 to continue your website. To continue your website with RVsitebuilder 5, you can switch version from RVsitebuilder 6 interface. If you see grey screen with a new create site box, just try to create a test project when fresh access to RVsitebuilder 6 (by user), then you will see the "Switch" button. In RVsitebuilder 7 icon, you can start a new website with it as you want. Yo transfer your website from version 5 and 6 to RVsitebuilder 7

Problem You access RVsitebuilder 6 from cPanel but see this error "RVsitebuilder is not installed. Please contact your host provider to install" instead of website editor. Solution This error lets you know that RVsitebuilder is not installed completely on this server. Please contact your host provider to run install RVsitebulder by this guide: https://rvsitebuilder.com/v6/installation/ And complete Setup in WHM as well.

RVsitebuilder 6 for DirectAdmin requires PHP 5.6 only. But you can set PHP56 custombuild when your DirectAdmin server is running PHP7. Do this before running install RVsitebuilder 6.4 on your DirectAdmin server. Check if your DirectAdmin server has PHP56 installed as additional PHP version by running command: /usr/local/php56/bin/php -v A. The following result is showing it's installed. You can run install RVsitebuilder 6.4 on your DirectAdmin server immediately without going through B. /usr/local/php56/bin/php -vPHP 5.6.40 (cli) (built: May 5 2021 15:18:50) B. If your server don't have PHP56 additionnal version, the result returns as below. /usr/local/php56/bin/php -v -bash: /usr/local/php56/bin/php: No such file or directory Please rebuild custom PHP with the following command. cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild ./build set php2_release 5.6 ./build update ./build php n ./build rewrite_confs Then you can install RVsitebuilder 6.4 on your DirectAdmin server.
